KMA Partnered with Puritan Medical Products to achieve bold hiring targets and provided HR guidance and expertise to augment their HR operations.

Challenge:

With aggressive hiring goals to bring a new manufacturing facility online and meet global demand for COVID testing swabs, Puritan Medical Products initially contracted with KMA Human Resources to hire and onboard 200 employees within a 6-week period. As their goals evolved, KMA responded, ultimately helping them hire a workforce of over 1,000 for three manufacturing plants, with a fourth in planning stages. 

 

Solution:

KMA created a rapid response team that coordinated recruiting efforts with Puritan’s HR team. KMA established a streamlined selection process and created a 7 day per week recruiting system. As the plan was executed, Puritan tapped KMA’s expertise in management, performance assessment, and training. KMA’s expertise and hard work helped Puritan achieve each of their production milestones.
