Cassandra Jones brings over 25 years of experience in human resources, specializing in strategic HR business partnering, talent management, and organizational development. She has a strong track record in driving global HR transformations, implementing high-impact talent programs, and leading M&A projects that foster employee engagement and business growth. Throughout her career, Cassandra has worked with senior leadership teams to design and execute people strategies that support organizational objectives, strengthen corporate culture, and ensure operational excellence.
With experience spanning global technology, biotechnology and pharmaceuticals, Cassandra has successfully led and supported diverse teams across the US and internationally. Her expertise includes strategic workforce planning, leadership coaching & development, DEI, talent management and employee engagement. Her data-driven approach allows her to develop tailored solutions that address client-specific challenges and goals.
Cassandra holds an M.A. in Human Resources Management from Webster University and a B.S. from Missouri State University. She is also Lean Management/Six Sigma Green Belt certified, underscoring her commitment to process improvement and operational efficiency within HR practices.
