As an experienced sales and recruiting professional, Holly has recruited, trained, managed and motivated people throughout her career. She has managed complex client relationships from initial contact through the process of engagement, and into long-term relationships. She has successfully built relationships and educated clients on internal personnel strategies for retention. A true strategic thinker, Holly is continually examining ways to enhance the client experience, and focuses on achieving higher satisfaction and retention.
Holly thoroughly enjoys helping organizations achieve their business goals, and has worked with various industries, including sales, engineering, aerospace, manufacturing, government, and technology. She earned her B.A. from West Virginia University in English Communications.
A Scarborough resident, Holly and her family enjoy all that Maine has to offer—from beaches to mountains, and everything in between.
