For over 15 years, Jan DiMauro has worked in the field of HR, in both for-profit and non-profit organizations, including healthcare, housing development and social services.   

She began her career as a generalist, encompassing all aspects of human resources, and evolved over the years to more strategic and senior roles as VP of HR, and Chief Human Resources Officer.  

Jan holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Sociology from the University of Southern Maine, as well as two HR certifications: SHRM – SCP and SPHR from HRCI.  

A Zumba enthusiast who taught classes for many years, Jan also enjoys kayaking, biking, paddle boarding, live theater and spending time with her dog, Chelsea, and family and friends.
