I have been extremely fortunate to have gained HR management experience, supporting amazing people and working with cutting-edge technologies. I love sharing my expertise with my clients, while at the same time, growing and learning alongside the KMA team. HR management is a dynamic and constantly changing environment, and it’s our goal to adapt, excel, and lead the way!
Jean Marchant has more than 25 years of Human Resources experience in areas such as compensation, employee relations, employee and management development, total rewards, compliance, leadership coaching, succession planning and performance management.
Her work has been primarily in the manufacturing (defense) and technology industries, in support of engineering and scientific research.
Jean holds a BA in International Administration from New England College, an Executive MBA from the University of New Hampshire, and certifications from SHRM as a Senior Certified Professional, and HRCI as Senior Professional of Human Resources.
While she has enjoyed working in the U.S. and remote regions of the world (Johnston Atoll, Pacific Ocean and South Pole Station, Antarctica), she relishes being in northern New England to enjoy the sights, sounds and activities of the four seasons…or some might count six (including stick and mud).
