“As a human resources professional, I believe it is important to be just that: a resource to the people we support. Listening to the employees and asking thought provoking questions leads to a better understanding of the business, the people and the culture. It is important to strike a balance between supporting and leading. HR can best support organizations by first understanding the business, and lead by helping to drive change where appropriate. I endeavor to reflect this philosophy in all the work that I do with my clients.”
Karin Nicoll has nearly two decades of human resources experience, preceded by many years in leadership.
She has supported retail, manufacturing, engineering, non-profit, property management, and other industries in the areas of strategic planning, performance management, benefits, staff development and compliance.
Karin received a Bachelor of Science from Charter Oak State College in Corporate Communication, and a Master of Science from Quinnipiac University in Organizational Leadership/Human Resources.
