Lindsay Fernandes has accrued nearly two decades of Human Resources experience in HR strategy, organizational design, project management, performance management, recruiting and retention, talent management, policy development, training and development, and federal and state compliance.

Her extensive work has included banking, manufacturing, life science, and hospitality industries.

Lindsay holds an MS degree in Human Resources Management from New England College of Business, a BS in Business Administration from Bay Path University, and two certificates in human resource management and project management from Bryant University. Lindsay is a member of Rhode Island SHRM as well as national SHRM chapters. Lindsay is a SHRM-SCP professional.

Lindsay is a mom of four who, in her free time, is busy taking her kids to band or hockey. She enjoys the beach, hiking and spending time with family.
