Patricia Lyons-Bousquet, J.D. has more than 30 years of Human Resources and management experience in all functional areas of HR, including compliance, agile HR project management, performance management, organizational design, DEIB and culture.
Patty has supported and coached businesses in a variety of industries including non-profit, manufacturing, healthcare, hospitality and technology.
Patty holds a Bachelor’s of Science in Criminal Justice from Northeastern University and a Juris Doctor from Roger Williams University School of Law. She earned the designations of Senior Certified Professional (SHRM-SCP) from the Society for Human Resource Management, and Senior Professional in Human Resources (SPHR) from the Human Resource Certification Institute.
Patty has served on the Board of Rhode Island SHRM for several years and is the current State Council President/State Chapter Director. She is also an Adjunct Professor for Johnson & Wales University, teaching HR and business courses.
Patty lives in East Providence, RI with her husband and their 4-legged babies (Nashville & Ember). Patty spends much of her free time attending country music concerts and festivals and loves doing anything that takes her out on the water, including kayaking, paddleboarding and deep-sea fishing.
