Rhoda has more than 30 years of Human Resources and operations experience. She is an experienced business leader who excels in human behavior, and possesses depth in leadership coaching and development, pre-employment interviews and assessment, employee engagement, performance appraisal and improvement, training facilitation, succession planning, internal investigations and exit strategies.
She has held leadership positions in national full-service retail, specialty retail and food service companies on both the corporate and the field sides. She has also done consulting in manufacturing, insurance, telecommunications, healthcare and non-profit industries.
Rhoda attended George Mason University where she studied foreign languages and music. She holds a Senior Professional in Human Resources (SPHR) Certification through the Human Resources Certification Institute (HRCI), as well as a Senior Certified Professional (SHRM-SCP) Certification through the Society for Human Resource Management (SHRM).
Based in Bedford, NH, Rhoda serves clients in Massachusetts, New Hamphshire and Rhode Island.
A firm believer that life is too short to eat bad food, Rhoda enjoys cooking and baking, as well as music, theater, arts, history and travel. She’s a voracious reader and life-long learner, and loves staying current on technology and pop culture. Her personal goal is to collect “experiences” through fine dining and travel with friends and family.
