She holds a Certificate in Human Resources Management from the University of Southern Maine.
Outside of her professional work, Susan and her husband Mike run an organic mini farm, where they raise chickens and bees, cultivate vegetable and flower gardens, tend lavender fields, and operate a farm stand.
