KMA is pleased to announce the debut of its “HR CONNEXT” program starting this September. This series of monthly, small group meetings connects HR practitioners to facilitate the sharing of information, resources, and tools, with support from KMA’s seasoned HR consultants.
The meetings focus on HR topics specific to the needs of the group and are designed to generate discussion, offer support, and provide solutions to HR challenges. Group participants become a support system that members can connect to when needed. In addition, the KMA consultant becomes an HR mentor through one-on-one monthly coaching sessions with each participant.
Membership is open to HR professionals who seek professional development, are interested in leading edge topics related to HR, and who appreciate the value of a network of HR peers for support, exchanging best practices, and sharing information. Membership benefits organizations interested in partnering with competent and trusted HR consultants to develop internal HR talent, skills, and knowledge.
The program gets underway in September. Only 10 slots are available.
