Shikha Vasaiwala has over 15 years of professional and volunteer experience in the not-for-profit sector, including in the areas of business development, marketing and operations.

In addition to her role at KMA, Shikha serves on boards and committees of various local charities, including the Center for Grieving Children, Falmouth Memorial Library, and Junior League of Portland.

A Connecticut native, Shikha holds a Bachelor of Arts from Trinity College in Latin American & Caribbean Studies and in Modern Languages, with a dual concentration in French and Spanish.

While traveling and sight-seeing with her family is, by far, her greatest pleasure, Shikha also enjoys cooking, swimming, boating, and ice skating with her two daughters.

“It is an absolute privilege to re-enter the workforce at KMA after stepping away to raise my two young children,” explains Shikha. “I see the KMA mission and values in practice every day at the office and am so proud to be a member of this KMA-zing team!”
