Jill Osborn, Recruiting Consultant

  • Serving New Hampshire, Massachusetts, and Maine

“I am an altruist to my core. Recruiting for me is another opportunity to help people. Knowing that you’ve been able to impact a candidate’s career goals positively and enhance the culture of a company simultaneously is so rewarding.”

Jill Osborn has extensive experience as a corporate talent acquisition manager, and has implemented internal TA and built processes and systems from the ground up. An area of particular focus for Jill is full cycle recruiting—carrying the candidate experience from sourcing to start date, including onboarding, talent acquisition, interviewing, diversity and inclusion, and compliance. In addition, she brings a wealth of expertise with applicant tracking system selection, implementation, and utilization.

Jill has recruited for a variety of industries including manufacturing, R&D, healthcare clinicians, HR, administrative, infrastructure, construction, sales, IT, accounting, finance, and engineering positions—from entry level to C suite.

She studied Communications at SUNY Potsdam in Potsdam, NY. In her free time these days, Jill is an avid reader and writer, and enjoys ballet, yoga, rollerblading, paddleboarding, live music, and beach days.

Joyce O’Connell, Human Resources Consultant

“I truly believe that the best way for any organization to ensure success is to provide the tools and means for their employees to grow and thrive in their jobs and reward them for doing so. I have focused on growing and nurturing the “people side” of business my entire career—and I am very proud to say that I still find it the most exciting and rewarding work and I enjoy it tremendously.”

With more than 30 years as a Human Resources and organizational development professional, Joyce O’Connell brings an extensive set of skills and experiences in building and managing people and talent. She has worked in both global and national organizations, from start-ups to Fortune 500, across many industries in both the for-profit and non-profit segments. As a versatile and innovative HR leader, she has a diverse background that includes hands-on experience in every functional area of HR, with a particular strength in talent acquisition and retention.

Joyce earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Human Development and Education from the University of Rhode Island, and has taken additional master’s level courses in HR Management and Organizational Development. She has long been a member of both SHRM and NEHRA.
