What have you learned about the responsibilities of leadership in a time of crisis?
“Covid-19 has really driven home the importance of leading with purpose. For me, the most important thing was to accept the situation as it was unfolding and to adapt as quickly as possible. It has been valuable for the leadership team to be visible to employees, to be transparent and clear with decisions that are aligned with our company values and business goals, as well as providing a forum for employees to voice their questions. Making decisions that are well thought out, yet timely, has been crucial in helping our customers manage their own marketing investments.”
