What was the best career advice you ever received?
“When facing the decision whether to start my own business, I was offered the excellent advice to embrace change, and enjoy the ride. That opened my mind and helped me realize that change is central to growth, and that I needed to be okay with it, with the crazy chaos of it. The part about enjoying the ride was a key mindset for me, too. When you’re building something from scratch, you have to work very hard, and it’s crucial to take the time to sit back, acknowledge what you’re creating, enjoy it, and don’t rush through it.”
