What have you learned about leadership during a time of crisis?
“When the pandemic came for us, I learned how to lead through something very dark, to do it with grace, and in a way that kept my team engaged and motivated. My hope was that if I overcommunicated and kept everybody connected, that I could take care of my LaBelle community, and that when we re-opened, they would all come back. That’s exactly what happened, and today my team is even stronger. We feel absolutely invincible, and in fact it’s been a very empowering experience. We’re stronger and more adaptable than ever, and we feel ready to take on any future challenges that come our way.”
