KMA Human Resources Consulting (“KMA HR”) takes privacy and confidentiality seriously. This Privacy Policy provides information about the way your information may be collected online when you visit, apply for a job, request our services, or make a purchase from https://kmahr.com (the “Site”). This Privacy Policy applies to KMA HR’s website only and does not apply to other companies’ or organizations’ websites to which we link.
KMA HR uses a third-party marketing vendor to manage the Site and an applicant tracking vendor to assist with managing applicant data that is entered on the Site. These third-party vendors have access to certain Personal Information as described below. References to “we” in this policy means KMA HR and these third-party vendors.
PERSONAL INFORMATION WE COLLECT
When you visit the Site, we automatically collect certain information about your device, including information about your web browser, IP address, time zone, and some of the cookies that are installed on your device. Additionally, as you browse the Site, we collect information about the individual web pages that you view, what websites or search terms referred you to the Site, and information about how you interact with the Site. HOW WE USE YOUR PERSONAL INFORMATION
We use the Contact Form Information that we collect generally to respond to correspondence placed through the Site. Additionally, we use this Contact Form Information to: (a) communicate with you; and (b) when in line with the preferences you have shared with us, provide you with information or advertising relating to our products or services.
We use the Device Information that we collect to help us to improve and optimize our Site (for example, by generating analytics about how our customers browse and interact with the Site, and to assess the success of our marketing and advertising campaigns). We share your Personal Information with third parties to help us use your Personal Information, as described above.
