Diane May began her career in Human Resources more than a decade ago, following a long career in nonprofit and business management roles.

She has held various leadership roles in HR, focusing on workforce and organizational strategy, labor and employee relations, as well as HR operations and compliance. She has supported organizations in the nonprofit, public, and business sectors, and across social services, healthcare, and manufacturing industries.

Diane holds a Master of Jurisprudence in Labor and Employment Law (MJ-LEL) from Tulane University Law School and is a SHRM Certified Professional (SHRM-CP).

A fresh air enthusiast and New Englander at heart, Diane enjoys running, swimming, being outdoors, and happily curling up with a book at home with her dogs.
