Olivia has over 20 years of Human Resources experience, and throughout her career, she has provided guidance and support with employee relations, federal and Maine state compliance, benefits administration, recruitment and compensation.
Her expertise has primarily been within the healthcare industry, within managed care and hospital and outpatient services. Olivia has worked in all facets of Human Resources, including management level roles in recruiting, compensation analysis and benefits administration.
Olivia holds a B.A. from the University of Maine in Orono and is certified in The Predictive Index Assessment for evaluating personality traits and behavioral tendencies. She is also certified as a Professional in Human Resources (PHR).
Olivia splits her time between Oakland, Maine and Sarasota, Florida. She enjoys volunteering at the local food bank and as a board member of the Waterville Country Club. She loves to play golf, run, kayak, do CrossFit and spend time with her French bulldog, Stella.
