Rebecca Kirkland has worked on the recruiting team at KMA since 2020. She has experience with all aspects of full cycle recruiting from job posting development and management, volume recruiting, applicant tracking system management, onboarding, reporting and metrics, and candidate connections and interviews.
Rebecca holds a BS in Business Administration from the University of Maine at Orono, a Masters’ Degree in Special Education from Grand Canyon University, and she completed a Masters’ program in Educational Leadership at California Lutheran University.
After many years away, Rebecca enjoys rediscovering the Maine coast and hiking trails with her husband and her two pups. She also enjoys spending time with her adult children, cooking, and renovating her home.
