Sarah Cummings brings two decades of experience spanning recruiting, HR, sales, and leadership, with a strong background in healthcare, manufacturing, and professional services. Her expertise includes talent acquisition, onboarding, orientation and training, business development, and process design and implementation. Sarah’s ability to combine strategic sales acumen with genuine relationship-building makes her a valuable partner for KMA’s clients.
A resident of Waterville, Maine, Sarah and her husband have two fur babies: a golden lab named Stella, and a rescue cat named Cleocatra. She was born and raised in the southern US, living in Nashville before moving to Maine, and much prefers the slower pace and cooler weather of New England to the traffic and heat of the South. Sarah and her husband love to travel, and attend concerts and music festivals.
