Sarah Cummings brings nearly two decades of recruiting, HR, sales, and leadership experience, much of it in the healthcare sector, as well as manufacturing and professional services as an agency recruiter.
Her extensive skillset includes recruiting and onboarding, orientation and training, business development and sales, and process design and implementation. Her passion for relationship building makes her an excellent fit for serving KMA’s recruiting clients.
A resident of Waterville, Maine, Sarah and her husband have two fur babies: a golden lab named Stella, and a rescue cat named Cleocatra. She was born and raised in the southern US, living in Nashville before moving to Maine in 2013, and much prefers the slower pace and cooler weather of New England to the traffic and heat of the South. Sarah and her husband love to travel, and attend concerts and music festivals.
