“Organizations succeed when they can effectively achieve business outcomes through their people. I believe it’s HR’s role to understand the business needs and support that work by attracting, developing and retaining talent, and building a culture where their people can thrive. I am passionate about building trusting relationships with clients, working collaboratively, and taking a solutions-focused approach to problem solving. It’s been a great day when I know I’ve been able to help make a difference for organizations and their people.”
