What do you love most about the work you are doing today?
“I am very fortunate to still love being an attorney, even after 39 years of practicing law. Being an employment management lawyer has been particularly vexing but rewarding in the COVID-19 era. The pandemic has caused so many unprecedented workplace issues. I am grateful that I have a skill needed by employers, and am humbled to be collaborating with so many dedicated managers and HR representatives who are working tirelessly to help employees navigate these challenges, including dealing with the spike in mental health issues. I am honored to be a part of this journey.”
