Who Must File:

  • Private employers with 100 or more employees
  • Federal contractors with 50 or more employees and a qualifying contract

These employers are required to file an annual EEO-1 Report detailing demographic workforce data, including race/ethnicity, sex, and job categories.

Filing Deadline: June 24, 2025

Late submissions may result in compliance issues and potential enforcement action.

Important Note for 2024 Filing:

This year’s report does not include a non-binary gender option. Employers should follow the current EEOC guidance on reporting gender based on employee self-identification where possible.
