Cindy Letourneau has over 25 years of progressive Human Resources experience beginning her career as a generalist, encompassing all aspects of human resources, and evolving over the years to more strategic and senior roles as Senior HR Business Partner and Director of Human Resources.

She has extensive experience in manufacturing, HR consulting, healthcare, for-profit and non-profit industries, focusing on employee relations, performance management, policy development, recruitment and retention, safety, payroll, benefits and HRIS.

Cindy holds a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology from the University of Maine, and a Certificate in Human Resource Management from the University of Southern Maine. She is a member of the Society for Human Resource Management (SHRM) and holds SHRM-SCP and SPHR certifications. She is also a member of Central Maine Human Resources Association (CMHRA), where she has previously served as President, VP, Treasurer and Membership Chair.

A nature enthusiast, Cindy relishes her walks along the beaches of Maine and Florida. She and her husband enjoy traveling and making great memories along the way. She loves being creative and helping others organize and decorate their homes to enhance their peace of mind, enjoyment and productivity where they live, work and play.
