Gina has over 15 years of experience in recruiting and supporting clients throughout this process. This includes partnering with businesses to create hiring strategies and provide recruitment support, as well as working hand in hand with candidates as they enter the job market and achieve the next steps in their career. Gina has also developed and implemented internal client programs to increase the relationships with businesses.

Her recruitment experience includes extensive executive search (sales, operations, finance and marketing leadership) as well as accounting, human resources, customer service and business development. Among the industries Gina has collaborated with are: manufacturing, software and technology, industrial, consumer products, retail, insurance and higher education.

Gina earned her Bachelor’s Degree in Psychology from Old Dominion University in Virginia.

A believer that good food and sunshine are two of life’s greatest pleasures, Gina enjoys cooking, camping, gardening, boating and spending time with her family.
