Julie Banta-Strasen has over 15 years of experience in recruiting, employee relations, workforce development, sales, and marketing.

She has experience recruiting for entry level jobs to executive positions, in industries that include manufacturing to nonprofit organizations, and everything in between. She has assisted companies with recruitment plans, reviewed policies and handbooks, supported day-to-day operations for clients on site, and so much more.

Julie earned a bachelor’s degree in journalism from the University of South Carolina with a minor in History/Religion. She also has a Certified Staffing Professional certificate (CSP) from the American Staffing Association.

Julie enjoys participating in dog competitions with her Collie, mowing her 6-acre field, decorating, crafting and spending time with close family and friends.
