Kati Varney has over 15 years of Human Resource services experience as a client account manager and recruiter, in both agency and corporate settings.
Experienced in recruiting and HR solutions with a heavy focus on Information Technology, she has worked within a wide variety of industries, including retail, finance, government and biotechnology.
Kati has a BA in Communication with a concentration in Public Relations from University of Maine in Orono.
Kati lives in Southern Maine with her husband and two daughters. While she can usually be found supporting her girls at their many sports and activities, she also enjoys beach days, skiing with her family and listening to true crime podcasts.
