KMA is a sponsor of the Maine Salvation Army’s “CHAMPIONS FOR KIDS” Benefit Dinner, Thursday, May 22, 2014 at the Holiday Inn by the Bay in Portland, Maine. The benefit raises much needed funds to sustain and grow services for children and families in need in the Greater Portland community.
This year’s theme is “Exploring Space and Mars.” Captain Eugene Cernan, the last man to walk on the moon, and Karen McBride, Mars Exploration Program Specialist at NASA and UCLA, will speak. Steve DiMillo, DiMillo’s on the Water, is the 2014 Honorary Event Chair.
