Kelly Rodgers believes that consistency, transparency, and honesty are three cornerstones of a successful career in recruiting. She strives to provide exceptional service to candidates and clients, leading to mutually-beneficial, strategic matches. One of the things she enjoys best about recruiting work is discovering diverse positions and practice areas, while meeting new candidates and helping them navigate their careers.

Kelly brings more than 16 years of recruitment experience at all levels—from entry level to executive recruiting. Most recently, she worked for a Fortune 50 company, focusing on accounting, finance, HR, Legal, and administrative recruiting. Her experience also includes telecommunications, search firm, and executive protection/security industries.

Kelly holds a BA in Political Science from Hollins University and was an active member of NoVaSHRM.

Having recently moved to Portland from the Washington, DC area, Kelly is extremely excited to be part of the KMA team and looks forward to learning more about the Maine business community, and to forge both personal and professional connections. She lives in Cumberland Foreside with her husband, two very active children, and two crazy yellow labs. She enjoys swimming and exploring all that Maine has to offer.
