What do you consider to be a leader’s greatest strength?
“I consider a leader’s greatest strength to be the commitment, desire and ability to build a strong team. While the CEO may be considered the ‘head coach’ of a company, she cannot reach the organization’s goals alone. Literally, every individual in a company plays a vital role in its success, and all leaders in any organization must be committed to developing the skills and abilities of their teammates. I believe a genuine, authentic respect for people at all levels of an organization and a passion for motivating them to work together as a team are foundational attributes of a strong leader.”
