What was the best career advice you ever received?
“You have more power than you think. Power is ultimately the ability to change the rules. Rules could be written and formal like a law, or unwritten ways of doing things that a company or society has adopted. When I see something that could be improved, there’s likely some role – no matter how small – I can play in fixing it.”
