What do you love most about the work you are doing today?
“I love that my work allows me to be a functional artist. I own and manage Providentia Group, an advisory company that cultivates economic agency through entrepreneurship and equity through organizational design. My clients are individual entrepreneurs and established organizations. On any given day, I may be negotiating a deal for a business client or facilitating a governance meeting for an organization. Tackling complex problems gives me great satisfaction, and the breadth and variety of issues ensures that there is no ‘normal’ day. Creativity is required to look for novel solutions, and discipline is required to execute those solutions effectively. I have one very simple and practical goal: help my clients create a better business. And, I wouldn’t have it any other way!”
