Jill has more than a decade of experience in senior and executive level roles managing recruiting and HR. Her experience includes full cycle recruiting, onboarding, employee relations, handbook creation, interview training, workforce development, organizational planning, benefits administration, compliance and systems implementation.
Inspired by the struggles of her daughter with epilepsy Jill became part of the emerging cannabis industry in 2015. This allowed her to experience a variety of verticals including agricultural, manufacturing, corporate and executive teams, biotech, and retail.
Jill attended SUNY Potsdam in northern NY where she studied Communications/Public Relations.
Jill is an avid reader, and enjoys spending time on adventures with her children. In warm weather you can find her sea glass hunting, enjoying sunny days at the beach or on the boat!
