The EEO-1 Report from the U.S. Equal Employment Opportunity Commission is used to collect data from covered private employers (100 or more employees) and federal contractors (50 or more employees) regarding their minority and female workers. This annual survey is now open, and must be filed by Sept. 30, 2014.
